Ingegnere industriale, nel 1899 fondò un’azienda specializzata nel campo degli impianti per il riscaldamento. Al suo nome sono legati molti brevetti. Nel 1906 fu tra i fondatori dell’Unione industriale di Torino, che è nata come Lega Industriale.
